SkyWest, Inc. is the holding company for SkyWest Airlines, based in St. George, Utah, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA), based in Atlanta, Georgia. SkyWest Airlines operates as United Express, Delta Connection and Midwest Connect under contractual agreements with United Airlines, Delta Air Lines and Midwest Airlines; and ASA operates as a Delta Connection carrier under a contractual agreement with Delta Air Lines. The two entities have forged an alliance creating the largest regional airline force with routes spanning North America. Every day, these airlines serve over 200 cities in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean, with more than 2,400 departures every day. Though SkyWest Airlines and ASA operate as separate entities, the collective synergies of both airlines create a powerful force as an independent yet cohesive alliance.
