Flight Attendant Group Interview

No invitation is required to attend a Flight Attendant group interview. However, applicants must complete an online application prior to attending. Please note group interviews are open recruitment events; not all attendees will receive an individual interview.  It is also recommended that applicants review the Flight Attendant job requirements in the Career Guide prior to attending a group interview.

Sign-in for group interviews will begin at 8:30 a.m. the day of the interview for events beginning at 10 a.m. Keep in mind that doors will close promptly at the time posted for the event, and no one will be admitted after the interview has begun. The length of the group interview will depend on the number of applicants and can go from 8-10 hours; please plan accordingly.

Come prepared with a copy of your resume.

SkyWest does not provide travel or lodging to those attending a group interview; all expenses are the responsibility of the applicant.
