Interviews

Attending a Customer Service group interview is required if you are applying for a Customer Service position: ticket and gate agent, ramp agent/baggage handler and cross utilized agent. To receive an invitation for a group interview, applicants must apply for open positions.

All group interviews are subject to time and location changes. Please check back periodically for confirmation. Detailed information regarding the group interviews will be communicated to the applicant via email. 

If selected for a group interview, applicants must arrive on time as doors will close promptly at the scheduled interview times. Applicants must also bring a copy of their current resume to the group interview.

Please keep in mind that SkyWest Airlines is not responsible for any travel expenses to or from group interviews.

When completing the online application, please pay close attention to the background information, which SkyWest requires on all prospective employees. All jobs and statements must be completely accurate and any falsified information provided is means for automatic disqualification.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires SkyWest to inform all applicants that if selected for employment, applicants will be required to complete an FBI fingerprinting packet. The fingerprinting process will show any crime, regardless of whether or not it has been expunged, sealed or committed as a minor. Please disclose, in detail, any necessary information in this section of the application.
