St. George, UT, February 2, 2005 – SkyWest Airlines (Nasdaq: SKYW) is pleased to announce plans to offer significantly enhanced service between Salt Lake City and Sun Valley. The increase comes as part of the airline’s plan to increase frequency between Salt Lake City and seven communities in the Western United States.

During the current winter ski season, SkyWest is providing eight daily Salt Lake City roundtrips. For the month of March, service will increase to include a ninth daily roundtrip for the peak winter travel period. When service traditionally drops to seven daily off-season roundtrips from April through early June, SkyWest will instead offer eight daily roundtrips in the market.

Effective March 2, 2005

“SkyWest has never offered as many flights into and out of Sun Friedman Memorial Airport as we’ll soon be operating with our new schedule. The new service will make getting into and out of Sun Valley more convenient than ever, particularly during the peak winter and summer travel periods,” commented SkyWest Vice President of Market Development, Steven Hart. “The new service reflects our commitment to the Sun Valley market and the passengers we serve there. It’s great to be expanding the schedule we provide to our Wood River Valley customers.”

SkyWest Airlines has served Sun Valley as a Delta Connection since 1990.
