ST. GEORGE, Utah, September 24, 2004 – SkyWest Airlines (NASDAQ: SKYW) is pleased to announce Tonyio Carter as Chief Flight Attendant based at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago, one of the Airline’s fifteen crew domiciles. He will supervise nearly 100 SkyWest Flight Attendants in Houston and Chicago.

Joining the SkyWest team in October of 1999, Tonyio has been instrumental in creating programs and procedures for all areas of InFlight Training and Operations. His five years of experience in both training and management positions in the InFlight Department provide a solid background for a successful leader and team member.

“I have had the pleasure of working closely with Tonyio, and he exceeds expectation on all assignments,” said Chris Merrill, Director of Inflight Operations. “He’s InFlight’s “Radar O’Reily”, taking care of what needs to be done even before we realize it!”

Tonyio is looking forward to assisting the Flight Attendants to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

In his spare time, Tonyio enjoys creating for his own web design company and is an admitted Internet junkie. His goal is to eventually be on the Amazing Race! Tonyio grew up on a farm in Idaho, and currently resides in St George, Utah with his partner Christopher and his two-year old Chihuahua, Zanghellini.
