ST. GEORGE, Utah, November 12, 2004 – SkyWest Airlines (NASDAQ: SKYW)
proudly celebrates 25 years in Imperial, California at the Imperial County Airport. To
commemorate the station anniversary and thank its many loyal customers, SkyWest will
host a station celebration with light refreshments on November 19, 2004 at the SkyWest
facility in Imperial.
SkyWest began Imperial service in November of 1979, operating as Sun Aire.
Since then, SkyWest has flown under code-share agreements with Sun Air, Western
Airlines, Delta Air Lines and most recently, United Airlines.
Today, SkyWest’s United Express operation serves as the exclusive provider for
all Imperial air service, providing one daily roundtrip flight each to Los Angeles
International Airport (LAX) and San Diego International Airport.
With more than 200 daily flights out of Los Angeles and more than 50 flights out
of San Diego, United customers have access to United’s route network that spans the
globe.

SkyWest’s eight customer service employees in Imperial share a combined 59
years of customer service experience at an average seniority of more than seven years
at the airline.
