  • Battery operated nebulizers and respirators are accepted provided they are packaged in accordance with applicable FAA Hazardous Materials requirements for transport on regional aircraft

    Please note: At this time United and United Express do not allow POC usage on our flights
  • No onboard wheelchair or ADA-accessible lavatory is available on 30-passenger EMB-120 or a 50-passenger Canadiar Regional Jet
  • Onboard wheelchairs are available on 70-passenger Canadair Regional Jets
  • Boarding will be provided by mobile lift device or turboway ramp at locations where passenger loading/jet bridge is not available
  • Service animals may not sit in aircraft seats, nor may the seat be purchased for such intent
