  1. Offering the lowest fare available.
  2. SkyWest Airlines operates flights on behalf of Delta Air Lines operated by SkyWest, United Express, Alaska Airlines operated by SkyWest and US Airways Express. SkyWest does not perform any reservation or ticketing functions. Instead, these are provided by our partners. Each partner airline intends to offer its customers the lowest published fares for the flight, date and class of service requested. Reservations may be made over the telephone, at airport ticket counters or online on each partner's website.

    Reservations for Delta Air Lines operated by SkyWest be obtained through Delta Air Lines by calling 800-221-1212 or via the website at www.delta.com.
    Reservations for United Express flights can be obtained through United Airlines by calling 800-241-6522 or via the website at www.united.com.

  3. Notifying customers of known delays, cancellations and diversions.
  4. SkyWest Airlines intends to provide full and timely information of the status of delayed, canceled or diverted flights. SkyWest gate agents and flight crews will provide consistent, timely updates on the status of flights and the circumstances surrounding flight delays and/or cancellations. Customers can access real time flight information by calling appropriate partner's toll free automated flight status line or via their website.

  5. Delivering passenger baggage on time.
  6. SkyWest Airlines will make every effort to ensure passengers' belongings arrive with them on the same flights. In the event of a delay, passengers will be reimbursed for reasonable toiletry items and essentials for the time they are without their belongings.   7. Allowing reservations to be held without payment or canceled without penalty for an amount of time, as defined by the applicable partner.

  9. Providing prompt ticket refunds.
  10. All ticketing and refunds for SkyWest flights are handled and processed by the applicable partner Delta, United and Alaska. Each partner intends to provide prompt refunds for Delta Air Lines operated by SkyWest, United Express and/or Alaska tickets.

  11. Properly accommodating SkyWest customers who have special needs, including individuals with disabilities, with the level of attention, respect, and care they deserve, including during tarmac delays.
  12. SkyWest Airlines complies with all provisions of the Air Carrier Access Act. SkyWest will conduct ongoing training for employees who work in all customer contact positions to ensure that all customers with special needs receive the level of service they deserve and should expect. When booking your reservations, please notify the reservations agent of any special needs you have or, if booking online, select your special needs requirements when you reserve your travel. This will alert employees to your circumstances so they can better assist you when you travel. In addition, SkyWest designates trained Complaint Resolution Officials to ensure the rights of customers with disabilities are protected.

  14. SkyWest Airlines prides itself on being on-time. Despite our best efforts to ensure that our flights arrive and depart as scheduled, factors such as weather and air traffic congestion can affect operations from time to time. When these situations arise SkyWest will do everything possible to minimize delays as stated in our Tarmac Delay Contingency Plan.

  15. Treating passengers who are denied boarding due to oversales with fairness and consistency in accordance with DOT Regulations and our airline partners' policies and procedures.
  16. Upon request, SkyWest will advise you if a flight is oversold, and we will provide our policies and procedures for denied boarding. If you are denied boarding, you will be booked on the next available flight to your original destination and be compensated in accordance with DOT requirements.

  23. In the event of a canceled or misconnected flight, SkyWest intends to do everything possible to mitigate our customers' inconveniences in accordance with our major partners' policies and procedures.
  24. SkyWest trains and expects customer service agents to do everything possible to help keep your inconveniences to a minimum when flight schedules are interrupted. We will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your flight when there is an operational irregularity. We will provide meal and overnight accommodations when flights are canceled due to factors within our control such as mechanical, station or flight crew issues. In the event of a lengthy tarmac delay (more than two hours) or flight diversion, we will provide water and snacks, and ensure basic needs are met. In some cases, ground transportation to your final destination, in lieu of air travel, may be included.
