PROVISIONS AGENT- Professional Development Career Guide

To be considered for a Provisions Agent position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, team player.
• Positive outlook and communication skills.
• Must posses a valid Drivers License.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Work schedule is dependent on seniority. Must be available to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Lift up to 60 LBS without restrictions.
• Some computer experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Service oriented with emphasis on serving our internal customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Independently provision, restock and clean aircraft in an efficient and timely manner.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products within the provision carts.
• Assist fellow agents with duties as time permits.
• Daily completion of the required paperwork, which includes: Flight Attendant order forms and liquor paperwork.
• Clean overnight aircraft.
• Provisioning responsibilities vary by hub operation.
