The interview process may include three phases:

1. |
If the applicant has a current ATP written, no written exam will be necessary (please bring a copy of your results to the interview).
If not, a written test which includes 50 questions taken from the ATP test standards guide will be administered.

|
2. |
Simulator observation. This takes place in an ATC 810 or a Frasca 142 simulator where the applicant will be expected to demonstrate appropriate
skills. This phase is subjective and may or may not be administered. This will be determined the day of the interview.

|
3. |
The Interview/Trip/CRM Scenario. This phase will cover everything from HR questions, and items including, but not limited to, Jepp knowledge,
FAR’s, wx, systems, CRM, etc. In this phase, the applicant demonstrates his/her ability to perform in a 121 airline environment.

|
In any event where the candidate does not successfully complete any phase satisfactorily, they will be released at that time and may reapply in six months. |

|
