Stable employment history. SkyWest Airlines requires a background check on all employees.

No felony criminal convictions allowed. The FAA requires FBI fingerprinting, which will show any crime.

Employees are responsible for arriving to work on time. Reliable transportation is a must.

Physically fit and able to routinely lift 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop frequently in confined spaces

Willingness to work a rotating shift, weekends, holidays and Night Shift

Excellent decision making skills

If you have been furloughed from another airline and should be hired at SkyWest, you will be required to submit a letter of resignation to you current airline employer and supply SkyWest Airlines with a copy of that letter.

Must have a positive attitude and work well with other employees.
