Mike joined SkyWest in 1991 as Vice President - Controller. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President Finance. In 2007, he was appointed as the Company's Vice President Finance and Treasurer. In 2011, Mike was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SkyWest, Inc. & subsidiaries. In this position he oversees structured finance, fleet planning and acquisition, information technology, investor and banking relations, employee benefits, risk management, and overall corporate treasury functions.

Mike graduated from Utah State University with a degree in accounting and finance, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah, and worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. for five years before joining SkyWest.

Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mike has served as a board member of the St. George Chamber of Commerce, a board member on the Erin Kimball Memorial foundation, a Chairman of the board for a local bank, and has been involved in coaching youth sports programs.

Mike and his wife, DeAnna, live in St. George, Utah and have two sons and three daughters.
