James B. Jensen - Vice President Information Technology for SkyWest Inc. & subsidiaries

Jim began his career with SkyWest in 1977, providing ground handling and customer service support for SkyWest flights in St. George and later in Salt Lake City.

He earned an associate degree from Dixie State College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah. After graduation, he spent five years in Denver and Dallas as a systems engineer and corporate auditor with Electronic Data Systems. He also became licensed in Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.

He returned to SkyWest in 1990 as Director Management Information Systems. He was named Senior Director Information Services in 2000, and appointed Vice President Information Technology in May 2001.

He and his wife, Rose, live in St. George, Utah and have three children.
